wow. thanx. when i was 17 i was 217 so i guess so...had 17 inch arms too back then. i will post up a log of my training. i don't really have a "strict" diet just a practice of eating clean pretty much...believe it not cheat meal for me is baked fish, mash potatoes, and salad...yea i'm wierd...lol!
