Well, it's been a long time since i've posted before and after pics...and it's also been a couple yrs since I did my last cycle after a long, much needed break . I basically started the bulk diet eating a clean 8-10 meals a day, gradually working my way up to 5500 calories daily, which is more than I've even eaten during bulking (the most I ever had previously was 4000). Regardless, I dont think i added TOO much bodyfat, it seemed to be mostly water weight and sure, maybe a couple percent bodyfat. Worked out 4-5 days a week, working back twice a week since that was what I wanted to prioritize, and busted my ass in the gym with all out intensity and volume, one week doing higher volume/more sets, and the next week lower reps more intensity heavier weight. DVD's lasted 10 weeks and consisted of 750 mins deca, 750mins test, and 40-50mgs dbol the first 3 weeks, as well as the last 3 weeks. No peptides were used, just arimidex at 1/3mg eod, as well as 500iu hcg twice a week.
Anywhoo starting stats are 5'9.5" and about 170 in the before pics, 29yrs old...in the after pics I was able to reach 215lbs, while staying leaner this time. I still got a LONG way to go, but I feel like im on the right track after a long layoff. In the future i will need to really work on my arms/delts, as those are the bodyparts im still lacking in by quite alot (arms are about 16.5-17", while chest about 45/46"). Dont be too harsh!
