Thanks for the all the kind replies. I didn't expect so many is such little time. I will take some pictures later on this week with some more posing. I honestly wasn't trying to gain any weight, but to just diet down slowly and see if I could keep my muscle mass. The most important thing I have learned is listening to my body and noticing what it responded too. Again, with my job I travel a ton so it has not been an easy road. Again thanks for all the kind responses.

I found that a longer time frame was easier to manage with my job. I still did my cardio and ate according to my diet (Had to explain why I had a can-opener to TSA) and I think that really helped. I planned on an 18 week diet because 12 is too short, 14 isn't enough with my job, and 18 sounded more reasonable.

haha....BI (Bioimpedence) say's 13.3%...I don't think that's correct because it takes into account soft tissue. I can't do calipers because I can't reach my back:p

Good job! But you should reverse the pics, it's too confusing for my brain right now, for a minute I thought is was a before and after of not training for a long time and eating whatever!

Awesome progress, legs look fantastic, It looks as if you kept squatting heaving while dieting pretty hard.
