It was the day we did my tattoo outline on my shoulder. Keep in mind i ate like a horse... And still do! Btw thats me in my avatar a few years after that. Thanks guys... Arms back then were 13 and 3/4". That was about 4 years ago. Now they are just under 18. Both measurements are after a workout with a good pump of course! Although I seemed to have hit a plateau

Ya my arms are probly a little too big for my body but i'm happy with that. However my legs need some work(like an idiot) as I never use to work them out much and have hit a plateau and I've changed up my routine to get my legs and back more into it and i'm hoping it will get me over this. I just wish I would have worked them out more as I feel I'd be way further in the game than what I am.
