Whats a free, easy to use software download to change IP address. This is not for legal protective illegal activity issues. Just curious. Which ones are good and legit for "Basic" needs, not trying to cover up drug smuggling and murder lol.

You can use the onion network. By bouncing your ip address to other peoples computers, you then take on their ip address for the packets sent and recieved. A utility like this can be difficult to trace and keep track of. The security of this network type extends far beyond the reaches of the "clear web".
