The most important one is Phosphatidylserine.... For acute de-stress 200-300mg x 5 times a day. Lower if it isn't bad.
There have been studies that the vegetable derived PS won't cross the blood brain barrier. And bovine is considered dangerous. So we don't get the full extent this chemical can do.
