Over 200 friends and family came to see the show, the most noice is coming from my gym members.

There was nearly a roit when I lost the overall But then again this is N.Ireland.

That clip was at 10pm at night, you should have seen my supporters at the pre-judging. I was suprised they could still stand at the night show never mind cheer.

Its like that every year at the NABBA show over here. This year was mine, in the words of the NABBA world president in a top British Muscle mag that covered the show. "Seamus(aka)big bapper has resurrected the sport of Bodybuilding in this part of Ireland". My friends and fans done me proud, The sport had died for years in this part of the country and we all brought it back to life. Already next year we have a over 40s competor, 2 first timers and 2 in the novice getting ready for the show all from my gym.

Train traps with back also on days I do not deadlift.
