I use to compete in powerlifting and just got bored with it... it made me mad i could bench 700+lbs with a shirt and raw i could only do 405-425lbs for a single..less then a year of high rep work i can know bench 405lbs for 15 reps on any given day as long as my shoulders are up for it.
i would like to try to do a show one day but never been a fan of dieting..lol i kinda like the off season bodybuilder look...lol
