this is me at my last show i was 190# LH as as of now im 250# trying to jump up to heavy weight we will see how it goes.. as far as stats here ya go
squat
605 for 8 (deep as hell)
650 for 3

leg press
1400 for sets of 6 to 8

flat b
315 for 12
405 for 6

im not a power lifter so there is really no need for all the heavy weight but i love killing it in every movement i do !

Upper body looks real thick. From the pic your legs look to be lagging, but based on the numbers you are squating i'm assuming that your legs have fully caught up. From one pic it is tough to judge but it looks as though your conditioning is pretty good. Nice work. When are you going to be on stage again?

These can also be classified by powerlifting federations:

IPA = the hernon = approx 45'
APF = squat = at or very close to parallel, 90'
IPF = the platz = ass to ankles

Looking good there! conditioning looks good. Welcome to promuscle! Good thickness and I have to agree about the legs. More thickness needed there. But hey that's what we all want! keep up the good work.

thanks for the welcome guys ! my main goal has been to bring my quads up ! thats the reason for the #'s im pushing ! for the most part they have grown quite a bit ! LOL... as of yesterday i was 248# @5'9 i had to drop some water my B/P is a little messed up ! im trying to get into heavy weight i compete NPC
i was actually pulled aside last night by a few friends an told to back off all that weight because of my b/p an minor problem with catching my breath !


as for the pics an vids i will post some ! not even a problem ! i know there is ALOT of much stronger guys ever where ! but i posted these #'s because for me im a body builder not a power lifter an for me these are great #'s for a bber ! LOL....
