Bike week in Daytona.. Feb.27th-Mar 8th

I'm planning on going to Bike week this year....Tony and I will most likely attend on March 6th, if any members are going, let us know....I have gone a couple times and it was fun it can also be entertaining....Last time I went I met phycho Billy, now in jail, but he was still cool.....Also met the guys from Orange County Choppers..they were really cool and nice.....We also were approached by a guy from a biker magazine that ask me to pose for a pic on a chopper in a bikini...I was not as lean or tan, and still a little shy, and didn't have a bikini with me, so I declined...

If you have never attended, it can be lots of fun with a large group.

I want to go there in the worse way, I have a harley. I am planning to do that trip in the near future, and if I do I look forward to meeting you and Tony.

We would love to hang out...it would be great to get a group together...you have the beach, music, and you ride all over on the bike.

Hey, my girlfriend and I are going on the 6th. We are going to watch the Daytona Honda 200 SuperBike Race. I have a Harley but I don't want to drive it there.

i dont think you get the full effect if you arent on the bike. Marilyn is bike week down there mostly harleys or sport bikes to? lol I own a cbr and I know sometimes the hardcore harley guys dont like jap bikes, others are very respectful to us that ride sportbikes.

You wont have a problem bro. I've been there on my Harley many times and have seen plenty of sport/Jap bikes. My sister is a writer for Full Throttle mag and she writes and about all types of bikes and people when she covers Daytona.

Yeah, I know. I have a custom sportser that is completely chopped down. No windsheild. If it was just me going then I would. But putting my girlfriend on the back and driving across the state is a little rough. Maybe I will follow her.

Yeah, its all good bro! I drive a Harley and watching AMA Sport Bike racing is my favorite freakin thing.

Last time I went it was both...the sport bikes were all over as well... it was cool.

I get that mag sometimes at the harley dealer, I also ride a custom super glide, and would love to go down there on it some year, but Laconia, N.H. is much closer and I will probably be going there this year with my girl who rides too. Hey Mikey, it's not like the old days anymore(70s) most harley riders ( myself and my buddys included) don't care what ya ride as long as your on two wheels, especially at those events. ( mopeds not included )

do you guys know if we could fly down and rent harleys for the weekend,? it's kinda far for us to ride our own,...........................also this year DON"T FORGET YOUR BIKINI

I own both kinda of bikes as well. I noticed that as long as you are respectfull and not acting like a tool then no one will give you a prob.

You def will NOT be alone bro...there is all kinda bikes down there...everything you can think of

I like it down there because its one of the biggers shows where both kinda motorcycles are accepted.

I think there is going to be about 50-75 of us heading down there this year...maybe more.

thanks for the replies, i was seriously thinking about putting my bike in the truck bed and driving down since works slow i have time. Then i remembered i have to be in texas for my gyno surgery with dr weiner! Kind of wish i had that scheduled differently but my plane tickets and everything are bought, next year for sure though!

ok...

Finally....this week we are going to head to Daytona for Bike Week!! I have seen bikers ride all over the roads..rural, and highways......tons on 95 last week, where the weather was perfect! Now, this Friday, I will be there on the back of Tony's Motorcycle.....I met a couple of girls getting my hair done last week, and they want to meet us there, one has a condo there so thats perfect! I can't wait, its suppose to be 80s on Friday!

We will post photos, if they are good. Not sure what my hair will look like the ride there, lol...I may have to get one of those bandanas, or deal with helmet hair.NO!!

I would love to see some pics. Right now its 11 degrees here. The sun is out and it looks nice but everything is froze. Just 3 days ago its was low 60's and I had the bike out for a few hours.

Most of my friends are not going to make it down this year so your pics might be the only ones I get to see lol

I am sooo siked! I cleaned my bike. I'm gonna drive the bike and my girlfriend is going take the car. We are also going to watch the Daytona 200 superbike race on Friday! Do you two have specific plans? Maybe I get to see you and say hello. You will be the girl with the hot muscular body right?
