Blood Work Help. Any input would be appreciated.

I just went and had my bloodwork done. It was done 2 months after 100mg test prop and 300-400mg tren a week cycle that lasted about 10 weeks. I was wondering if i have anything to worry about. The hematocrit level concerns me, and HDL levels as well. I would really appreciate any input you guys might have. Thank you for any input.

Looks dehydrated to me, stay very hydrated and dump a pint of blood, your fine.

Hematocrit under 55 is fine. Cholesterol is not so bad either.

I cant donate blood. So is there a decent solution outside of having a doctor order it?

Stay as hydrated as possible, reduce the amount of caffeine per day, some wave their hands in the air that consuming grapefruits help reduce HH, It didn't for me ...maybe for you?

Increase cardio.
Stay at TRT dose.
Maybe get into knife fight ...
