Anyone use these? I've been using them for about 3 months and I have to say, I'm in LOVE! I've been a big proponent of kettlebells for the past couple of years and while they do have their place, they are expensive and you have to have more than a couple pair. In fact, I haven't use mine in the 3 months that I've been using the bags. I've been dropping fat like crazy and have all sorts of new definition.
Let me show you what they look like.

Don't get it twisted, they are EXTREMELY expensive for what they are but here's a little secret... There's NO SHORTAGE of videos on how to MAKE YOUR OWN for </~$20.! The professional ones are like $250. for only 50lbs. I've made a 45 lb'r and an 80 lb'r. Here's a DIY video.
Now, onto the exercises. I read a study a while back that showed doing kettlebell snatches with a tempo of 15/secs on/15 secs off burns ~20Kcal a minute. Well, I do 30 secs on/30 secs off of Bulgarian Bag Power Snatches and feel that this may burn even more Kcal due to the power downward portion of the exercise. I know it feels a lot more intense than the KB counterpart. Here's a video of the movement.
Now there are tons of other exercises that you can do with these things and they're just a YouTube search away. For people that hate using the treadmill or doing cardio in general, these can be a Godsend. They are also useful to those who want to add a new dimension to their strength and endurance routine.
Here's another guy's DIY video and routine.
What do you guys think? I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions.
Let me show you what they look like.
