i usually found 0.25mg about twice a week or e4d-e5d quite effective. some guys take more than 1mg a week but they probably do that for the sexual benefits and not to just get prolactin back to normal while on 19nors.

with low test high tren or if you use an AI and not too much test with 19nors the 0.25 mg every couple days protocol works just fine (since prolactin wont be an issue if your estrogen is on the lower side).

How are you bro?
Well, first off, you gotta get pharma grade , all that liquid stuff out there is a waste of money.
I run Dostinex at .25 twice a week and works great.
I run it at .5 a week if I'm doing over 300 mgs of Tren but that gets expensive since Pharma Dost is close to $10 a pill.

thanks for the input. I'm doing good minister and its good to see you too. winter is ending up here and its a great thing to run to stay warm but those night sweats can be pretty bad sometimes. i have caber from the pharmacy and yep its pricey, if only i didnt like tren so much haha.
ive heard mixed responses on it helping with insomnia from tren too . have you had any success on this helping with sleep?

Minister - Cabaser is a much cheaper option that is still pharm-grade caber, I would look into that over dostinex if you're concerned about price.

Well, I'm not aware of Dostinex helping me sleep better, but i never really paid attention to that detail, I will next time, I am set to start a Test Prop- Tren cycle in 2 weeks and I will be taking Dostinex as well. I only run 250 mgs of Tren a week so my sleep doesn't get affected much, I noticed that side effect when I was younger and ran over 300 mgs a week.
By the way, on my first post I meant to say that sometimes I run the Dostinex at .50 mgs twice a week but it gets pricey .

Thanks for the advise, but I have used both and I truly can say that Dostinex is much better quality than cabaser, at least for my system. I do Cabaser sometimes since it is the third the price of Dostinex, but whenever possible Dostinex is my choice. Thanks and God bless you brother. Minister.

Start low. That shit has a long half life so it will build up and possibly give you terrible sides which wont go away for a while.

I felt like death on it. Even @ 0.25mg 2x a week spread out.

Damn i can say the same thing but about Prami! Have tried several liquid prami sources (most on this board) and same exact results. Just trying .25mg eod or even every third day and feel like death. No energy, feel like crap, almost feel sick all day. Does nothing for my sex drive and just want to curl up in a ball and lay in bed all day, lol!
