Hey PM Members, I've spent a few days really going through the begginer posts here, and you guys are really amazing to be guiding us through a sport that can sometimes come with major info overload.
My quesiton is in regards to Cardio. I've heard the rumors that by doing cardio after an intense weight training day isn't the best move for muscle development/growth.
Is it better to do cardio on a cardio only day?
Or will an intense weight training workout compensate for not adding cardio to the end of a workout.
