He just got with Andrew Vu ~6 weeks ago. Andrew has been sending me his video checkins. The amount of change since he’s started is insane. He’s a hyper responder. He’s 245 now and I can’t see him under a peeled 232-235 when he competes.

Back is also improved like crazy.

And wow. This mf is gonna shock some folks lol. No weak poses anymore. Totally complete. Good separation. Just needs to harden up now and he is probably 3-4 weeks ahead of schedule.

Part of it is he's been forgotten about a bit.

He won his pro card in 2021, took 2022 off to grow, was supposed to compete at the New York Pro this year but pulled out due to ulcerative colitis.

I really hope he can get the colitis under control - he has a killer physique and I'd love to see him compared to some of the other young guys on the scene now.
