i must say the picture on the right is drastically stretched, not only has your entire frame grown drastically (including bone length) but your fingers have suddenly stretched until they are ridiculously long and thin
Not that I am an expert, just seen lots of guys squatting huge weights with legs that are not that big. Supposedly the high rep squatters are the ones with crazy legs
I normally do in this order leg press, lying ham curls, squats, stiff legged deads, walking DB lunges. I normally don't squat over 275 but really dont need to go any heavier after doing leg press/ham curls first. I feel squats way better the lighter I go but thats just me. High reps of 20 plus is a nice change of pace as well but I normally stick to 8-12 reps for legs.
