This is Jim.... I have been working with him a while now.. and last year took first at the Pac USA in Culver City..

Recently took 5 in the lightheavies at the cal... but the big show is coming up.. hes now 3 weeks out from themasters nats..

I feel hes put on some good muscle since last years preps... our focus off season was to really try to bring up the arms and also get the glutes and hams lean enough for this years prep.. a few more weeks and he shoud be on point ! although we know its a super tough show..

all we can do is be the best he can be...

we did a 14 week prep for the cal.. which was back in late may... we just kept on course for this show.... so hes been dieting now over 20 weeks... its been a long prep.. but muscle holding up good! hes getting super lean.. he doenst have a ton of size.. so he needs the condition..

Believe it or not.. hes been competing a long time... He just has been improving since hes had some good guidance

Thanks a ton you guys.. im sorrry i have not been keeping up on the thread... so many good shows are coming up!

The LA, The Masters nats, Teen Nats.. USA and Pac USA.. i have guys and girls in these shows and im loving how all is going... Also this weekend is the San Jose...

anyways.. this dude is 5'8" and about 206lbs right now.. i want to squeek him into the lightheavies... His condition is pretty good.. but he lacks the size to really battle for a top spot.. he knows it... but all you can do is show up your best !
