I want to thank ProM, members, and sponsors for the support during the last couple of years. I utilized many of the sponsors on this board. I won the HeavyWeight class in Battle of the Bodies, smaller NPC show. I never knew how much fun it would be to actually to compete. Winning my division, was just icing on the cake. I don't have any pics from the show yet, but here is one pic that I had professionally taken 2 days out, to see what kind of shape I was in.

I am now going onto a new diet, trainer, etc, to hopefully keep improving and do more damage on a larger scale.

Thanks pal for the compliment! Not sure when I am going to compete again, maybe October, or next year. I know I'll definitely be doing it again though. I didn't realize what kind of adrenaline rush competing like that would be. Great Feeling...

Thanks man! Height is 6' 2.5" -- Yeah, not the ideal height of a bodybuilder, long limbs, etc, but I'm trying!
