I've been helping Brian lean out for a while now, and he just totalled Elite this past weekend in the 181 class with a 1645 total.

In Brian’s words:

“Meet went will was 179.5 and filled up nicely afterwards.
Squatted 700 Benched 365 and pulled 580 giving me 1645 which is an elite total at 181. Thanks so much for your help in developing the plan to get me there.”
