Just noticed yesterday the forum is now over half a million posts. We'd probably be at a million but Dad is a moderator.

With a great group of members, staff and owner, this board is by far the best bodybuilding board on the net...and only getting better and stronger!!

Congrats ProM and BigA, awesome job!

This board, although it changes year-year with members, still has an old school feel to it like the 90's/early 2k's did. One of the few remaining imo.

I like boards that keep me on my toes and makes me think twice before making each and every post. Makes you post more quality info. Find myself crossing my fingers when making a joke and hoping some get it

so far so good....haven't had a deleted post yet, and not even from Dad
