Well I did my first show and found I made some common rookie mistakes that will not happen again....ie: Instead of going by the mirror I pressured myself to make a certian weight class ( not a good idea ). Carb loading not so good... too flat. Cardio I did none ( But there was a reason for this I simply wanted to see how much the diet would effect my results, beings I take synthroid due to no thyroid). Oh and if I can give any advice to anyone pose, pose, pose.. . Also I was born with out pigmentation around the nipples and this was noted against me for judging. Oh and this has since been fixed thanks to cosmetic practices...
Here is me at 170lbs... I'm normaly around 200-205 clean

I will get some more... of me now at 195.
I also need a little guidence on how to get my lats to drop a little lower.
