My impression is he wasn't a heavy dose guy comparatively. My buddy is a monster on really low doses and unbelievably strong but he trains like an animal.

Even when I was a little kid, I thought Luger had the best, most badass physique compared to the other guys of that time!

Test and Deca for the win! It's been a staple for many people for many years. Throw Dbol in there and you have a staple old school cycle!

He definitely had good genetics because if the average person did cocaine like he did, they sure as hell wouldn't look like that!!

Lex went through some major issues (mental and physical) not that its an excuse to beat anybody (I personally do not know anything about this but do not keep up with news on the wrestle world). But I will tell you if your my age (53) you may remember Nikita Koloff. Nikita is an outstanding, amazing strong Christian man that has helped so many people in these situations including Lex. He actually took him in and took care of him. Nikita and Lex have an amazing ministry https://mancamp.info/ they both do! I'm hoping to do it one day!!! I see Nikita at church here and there and actually started working out at 18-19 at his gym (a loooong time ago)

A lot of guys from that era did I’m glad the ones who are still alive are getting the help they need.

There was a guy who swore he was Lex Luger who signed up over at EF and AF in the very early 2000's...like 2000/2001. He was posting for awhile, then disappeared right around the time a lot of stuff went down. Was it him? Heck if I know, but he was posting a lot and stating he could prove it all. lol. I'm sure his account may still be found over at EF....but i've not been to that forum since I was banned in 2007.

Saw Lex at the gym back in the late 90's when WCW was rolling through town. I think he was billed at 275 lbs. I'd say 250-255 LEAN in person. It makes sense since the sat TV puts 20lbs on you.

The guys I know in the biz always said Lex was very stiff in the ring and not many guys liked to work with him.

Skip to about a minute in to the story about Scott Steiner and Lex. Steiner's maybe weren't at the level of Meng and Harley Race bit they are definitely near the top of the food chain.

Dude Scott was an absolute beast another one of those gifted genetic guys, I’m sure he used some more higher dosages later on because he was around the scene a lot longer than the other guys but regardless he had a fantastic base prior too, and correct me if I’m wrong isn’t he still at it?

I used to train at his gym back in the day. As many know, some guys can stare at weights and blow up while others can do a cycle and you can’t tell.

Gotta take into account that the quality of AAS they had access to in those days, was way better than what we have access to today. It has been talked throughout the years, how all those guys back then grew so much with those beautiful physiques on very "conservative" doses. Cant be just strictly genetics. Besides, I also claim essential nutrients. The average American diet has become more and more toxic as time goes by, and the chronic deficiency of essential nutrients plus gluten poisoning is not even acknowledged by allopathic medicine.

Yeah. I think it might have been PPV, so I didnt see it live on tv. I saw it in a replay. and im pretty sure they didnt show much because they didnt want to glorify it. What a shocker. Can you imagine being there to see it live? Ive heard of people seeing folks die in the circus like that. Tight rope walkers, lion tamers, etc.

Yeah man nuts, there has been a few of them die on tv and what’s his name Jerry lawler had a full blown heart attack on camera
