It weighs 172lbs and has a very small handle in the middle.
Its the Thomas inch dumbell.

I hope you're joking!~ haha The Thomas Inch DB has a very THICK handle! The difficulty in grasping it is what makes the lift so hard. The press is not as difficult as balancing the odd shaped implement.
