Hi guys I came to the point that I am not sure when I will competing as I lost kinda fun from it so I need some input from you guys how to look great for pennies as other things are my priorities now.
Training wise since i was 18 so it is over 21 years now. I am tall guy 6'1 (187cm) and around 220 bs (100 kg lean around 8%) Blasting and cruising since 31 so 8 years on saa.
My current stack 200 primo week and 25 mg cyp day. As winter not long to be gone I will not need any primo to enhance immune system.
I want to maintain my physique not have to going back and forward as I prefer maintenance then constant blasting. I am happy with my physique no need to really getting bigger but also would not to get any smaller-kind goldilock of in terms of size and leaness.
As tall guy I know I need higher doses then somebody short but thinking abiout not going overboard with dosages. I realised that test and primo in winter time and test and peps or mk677 is what I need. Some dht like 25 mg proviron or 10 mg masteron for wellbeing when primo not in game is very beneficial for me as well but I do not take all of them alltogether one few weeks then swap is more then enough.
Supplements wise : boron 12 mg day vitamin d3 creatine multivitamins and some protein powder - my true and tested staple.
Was thinking about dosages like 35 maybe 40 mg test day when primo will be dropped and mk 20 mg and that is it.As AI I have trying with success boron and zinc picolinate 50mg day. I dont see reason for taking more gear. If you have any input what would be beneficial for me but not abusing my wallet I would really appreciate your experience.
