A friend of mine has to lose some weight, but at the same time increase strength. It's a bit of a competition/rivalry between a few guys. I've already got him down 40lbs is just under 2 months, with a strict diet and good 'ol ECA stack. He's looking to lose another 30-40, but also increase strength, so muscle loss and general depletion is not an option. It will be his first cycle. I was going to set up a simple test only cycle, with T3 and 2 wks on/2 wks off clen. I was contemplating adding in deca, mainly for the joint support/collagen synthesis. Test by itself has a negative effect on collagen, and I'm a little concerned with the extra cardio and running taking a toll on his joints because of the extra bodyweight. Any experience with this setup? Thanks
