Dat, I've been following your posts regarding gh, ghrp, cjc etc and you seem to have the most knowledge of any of us.

Flat out, what do you think would result in better gains in lean muscle.

1.)Using gh in conjuction with cjc/ghrp 6 at doses of 3ius so that hormone levels will peak and then reach a reset point.

2.)20ius 3x per week with 15ius of humalog.

Just curious on which would lead to greater gains in muscle quicker and which would be better in the long run?
 
In terms of achieving lean muscle mass, using the ghrp/cjc combo along with exogenous gh and slin would be optimal. If you don't care about side effects, then dat's cjc/ghrp protocol plus 10ius ED of gh in one sitting, plus 30ius of slin spread throughout the day will do the trick. However, I do not encourage anyone to do this.

Seems that way. But I myself like to read JMs posts and others as well. Experienced users know what is happening in their bodies and it is nice to read their thoughts.

Why 2 options?

I like ED dosing. I believe based in part on my guinea pigs who apparently have nothing better to do then pin that one good way is 3iu + GHRP/CJC dosed every 3 hours 6 times a day. One fanatic tells me he even preloads a syringe and does it in the middle of his sleep :eek: ...so that is 21 ius a day for him.

Then of course the insulin is pre-workout still active into the workout and then insulin again post workout. These are serious people though and I would advise against doing anything that will jeopardize your life.

For myself it is simple. GHRP/CJC used exclusively but post-workout as part of a protocol I like to add 4iu of GH. There is synergy between GHRP/CJC & 4iu of GH that is wonderful for nutrient partitioning... especially w/ test. No insulin in that protocol... I know nice steady gains can be had that way w/o exogenous insulin.
 
What dosing schedule do you recomend with the cjc and the Ghrp alongside the 3ius every three hours???
