Does anyone know of any good sites with info on dead-lift techniques? I did a search but as you could imagine it turned up a lot of post with people mentioning them in there workouts. I recently started doing them in a 5x5 program. I've done them a few times in the past but never for an extended time. The last time I was doing them sumo style but never really felt comfortable. Since I wasn't in that good of shape when I started the program I have been using fairly light weight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
