I think Dusty Hanshaw might have posted a video of these a while back, but I can't find it now. It's a good back thickness exercise, not too unlike a rack pull but I feel it more in my lats and less in my traps. I kind of round my lats over at the bottom and pull with my midback.
Today was my first time doing them, I did 4 plates a side for 10 reps then 5 plates a side for 7 reps.
Give it a try if you have access to one of these machines and are looking for something new to try.
