Start out with IGF at 50mcg pre work out in each muscle is a good dose. Pinning the MGF around the same time the next day will be fine, thats around a 24 hour gap between the two so the IGF should be clear by then.
MGF needs to be taking around 3 times per week. so if you were to tweak your routine into 4 training sessions a week with 1 rest day followed by a training day that would work out well.

He's actually talking non pegulated, I personally have never ran peg mgf.
Not sure if you remember Ron at genisis but he informed me that if I knew what was involved in making peg mgf I would never administer it, he didn't go into details but figured best to take is word for it.
I do like the thought of dosing mgf and DEs 3 X day but seems like it would get expensive quick, real quick.
