What do you guys think is the best up to date way to detox/cleanse the body?

so not fun.

but, best advice for a cleanse. clear liquid diet for 24 hours, fast for the next with nothing but water and a mild laxative.

No, no colonoscopy yet Thank goodness, lol.
Just feel like it's a good idea to get all the impurities out from time to time. Has anyone here done the sea salt cleanse, I've read about it but dont know of anyone that actually has done it.

I have just been drinking water with sliced lemons, limes, and cucumbers in it and I am fine in that department. Although, I did do a parasite cleanse a couple months ago which worked very well. It was made by Christopher's Dietary Formula and Natural Balance Colon Cleanse. I bought both from my local herb and health food stores after months of research on parasites. I will do one once a year from now on. It worked great!

I don't "cleanse" but i drink fresh lemon juice in warm water first thing in the morning and again before bed as well as 100 percent natural cranberry juice once or twice during the day

Test, deca, and tren and the regular supps, like creatine, pre workout drinks. Just to clean out system a bit

upping the tren will actually make the chemicals come through your skin and you just sweat them out

Agreed. If using gear/gh you can even take this to 36 with no fear of muscle loss. You do feel very cleansed and energised at the end of fast. Try breaking fast with just a shake and then go training. Strong as fuck for some reason and great energy. Make sure you can in the carbs and protein after to take advantage of the insulin sensitivity you've built up.
