Heavy metal detox tips?

Thinking of doing a detox from heavy metals from years of taking UGL gear and gh etc. i don't have any reason or symptoms but just wondering if anyone has any methods or supps brands and has done something similar?

none just seen people talking about how some hgh ug since its lets say 96 percent pure could contain some harmful stuff for the other 4 percent. i don't have any proof and feel good, but wouldn't mind doing a heavy metal detox in case problesm arise later on.

Not a bad idea, but get a heavy metals test first so you know what to detox and so you can measure baseline.

tons of other detox inducing agents you could deploy but start here. and intermitttent fasting, anything to induce autophagy

If you have no negative symptoms then it’s probably hard to know where “heavy metals” are coming from. Heavy metals are also heavy found in fish, rice, cereals, household products, dental fillings, and water among others things.

I’m also pretty sure the only true way to remove heavy metals is chelation therapy

Why would you treat for something when you don't have symptoms and haven't done testing?

Heavy metal poisoning has clear symptoms - heart palpitations, anxiety, fatigue, etc. I think you're worrying about nothing - if UGL gear was so filled with heavy metals tons of bodybuilders would've had chelation by now but the only ones I'm aware of who have are Jason Huh and @IFBBProDomCardone.

If you really want peace of mind with this do testing first.
