Neuropathy? Any tips for dealing with it.

Hi, I've got severe neuropathy in my left arm below the elbow into my fingertips. Essentially from shoulder injury and several surgeries. Many years ago I had the ulnar nerve transposed and that helped but now it's back out of place and causing me problems. I'm seeing a consultant about it but he's loathe to operate again, keeps trying to put me off. Any help much appreciated.

I'm assuming you've done a lot of PT after the surgeries? Some of the nerve glides can be super helpful in reducing nerve symptoms as it eases the path of travel for the nerves

Are there any other variables here? HGH use? DNP? Long periods of high blood sugar? Calcium Channel Blocker BP meds? Are you a side sleeper?

I lost the use of half my left hand and was numb up to my forearm from letting my blood sugar run wild on high dose HGH and a bad diet a couple years ago (in addition to long periods on DNP off and on). 4 months of keto diet (Reduced inflammation) and BPC 157 with TB500 got me back to 95%. My nerves aren't the same though, I dont think my Myelin sheath will ever be 100% again.

I'm using hgh now, and trt, only sleep on back cos of the shoulder damage. To be honest the hgh and trt keep me going damage was a lot worse and functionality.

It's a series of Physical Therapy exercises that move a ligament and joint through a series of motion where a nerve is able to glide freely thus reducing impingement and nerve pain
