This came up on the latest It's Just Bodybuilding and it's absolutely great stuff and some of the exact things I did to get so big - it's about the first 30 minutes of the show. Some of this stuff is straight up from GH15, like keeping a gallon of ice cream in the freezer that you eat on when you're hungry. I'm sure some guys will strongly disagree with the stuff here but I'm also sure those guys have never been over 250lbs. lean. Ron Partlow was 330lbs. in good offseason shape at his peak.
