I have a very bad digestingsystem so when I drink shake's
I have many, many problems.
When I leave the shake's out, I have no problem.
I tried many different brands, but all them I tried give me some
serious problems.
Only 1 shake and the problems occur.
For example the 100% whey from Optimum Nutrition, give's
me also problems.
Now, I think I'm gonna try there soyprotien.
I heard it's very digestfriendly.
So otherwise I have to leave the shake's completly out, so the
soyprotien is maybe a solution.
What do you think about the soy, what would you do?
