Diuretics to keep GH bloat down?

Haven't run generics for a while but the new blacks look pretty promising, I just hate the water I usually retain from GH in general. Rips I got it horrendously (I'm sure the anti-diuretics had a lot to do with it) and got some from greys.

Do any of you guys run dandelion root or something similar year round with your GH, or how do you deal with the water?

The water retention typically cranks my resting heart rate up a bit too which I don't like and would like to prevent.

I think you just need to take the dose down to comfortable level and deal with it while In off season. The benefits outweigh the water bloat. I do supplement with potassium and magnesium each day which seems to help some. If it's gets too bad, I would just use a few pills of San- Shredded each day. Those water pills are absolutely amazing. I use them to pull water in peak week every show and they do the job.

Telmisartan was posted about on here is supposed to help with that. But might be taking too much GH or be an over responder. If either is the case lowering your dose is the way to go. Also try to split dose up into smaller doses even as little as 1iu shot IM.
