Do you count test suspension in your overall weekly test dose?

Kind of a dumb question, but I just began using test suspension pre workout. I'm wondering do you guys count suspension in your overall weekly test dose?

For example, if taking 500mg test cyp and 100mg suspension 4x weekly pre workout, considered 900mg test per week? Then you get all of the test with suspension, unlike cyp

That is a good question actually. Does it matter?
 
i say no.....it don't matter..

BUT......someone....SOME ONE will disagree with me...
 
I usually count it when I take it but I guess it doesn't matter.
 
That's like saying should I count all my macros or just some of them.
 
How do you like test suspension for pre workout?

I've only done 50-75mg pre workout so far. Doesn't seem like enough. Might need to do 100mg

A drop of Tren base under your tongue is probably a better preworkout than a gob of Test suspended in your butt.

Otherwise, there are guys who take many grams of Test Esters with diminishing returns. Then they'll add some Test Base to the equation and claim that it makes a difference. The difference is that they're probably running low on the enzymes required to cleave the esters, so some base can be functional in that situation.
 
Ive tried it and for whatever reason it seems to hit me more the next day. Maybe its not suspension but it is said to be suspended in oil, extremely thin and I taste that awful taste in my throat when its injected (freaked me out bad first time). Its from a good source too but the next day I seem to be more on from it. However I only have done this when I'm on my regular TRT dose and needed to get through a long hard workout so I've only done this a few times here and there. Next day I'm almost walking around with a hard on.
 
To be clear, I'm using suspension that is water based, not oil based (from LK3).

As for what I'm hoping to get out of it, a nice pre workout boost and some extra muscle building. I just don't really want my test dose to be too high though so I probably have to lower the long esters mg or not use suspension at all.
 
Def count it. That being said I have never noticed a huge difference taking any short ester (oil or water) or pre workout orals. That's just me. Some people swear by it. I def don't think it's anything magical though.
 
it is wise to make clear what inject into your body, anyway, the dosge should not be too high

I love test suspension. Pre-workout is how I would use it as well. I have not used it in some time, but pumps are always crazy from it as well as the extra fullness. You can't go wrong with it.

I actually decided to do a 700mg test cyp blast and this is week 4. Have thrown in 50mg suspension the last several workouts in addition to the cyp.
