Does Anyone Get Good Results From Low Doses/Emeric Style???

Does anyone here get good results using a low dose of test, npp, tren, or masteron? I was thinking of giving Emeric's dosing protocol a try (frequent, low dose of test cyp/enanthate), 50-75mgs eod. I know it won't make me Mr O:D, but I'm almost 40. So, I'm just focused on gaining a little size, strength, and staying lean. Any feedback would be GREAT! Thanks!!
 
From what I know I think he suggests something along the lines of 12.5mg twice a day. The point to this is it keeps blood levels more even instead of spiking up and down which is what in my opinion causes the side effects. I even when doing a higher dose cycle do daily smaller shots vs twice a week or three times a week. Also you will want to use a short ester vs long.

When im on trt I do the twice a day with 10mg test prop and 10 mg tren and I truly like the results
 
Im running low test e doses 125mg 2x/wk...my tren dose is high though at 600mg/wk. I like it so far..I feel the tren is working better.

I can't find the thread, but he recommends 25mgs of Test enanthate or cypionate everyday. Hopefully, he'll respond if he sees this.
 
You should be able to achieve your goals with this protocol.
 
I went this route and will never look back..I feel a lot better and only run 200 test c a week!..I have gotten stronger, bigger and lost a lot of fat ..I am 255 @ 5'8" with visable abs ..sleep patterns are a lot better prostate dosent get upset at all anymore and my blood work is very nice!

So you dropped your dose and got bigger?
 
Yeah I'm interested to know this also?? You start eating more? Or maybe test is over dosed really really bad?

I have run test over a gram a week and felt like shit my recovery was horrible ..I can only speak for myself but I feel like shit and have no energy on anything higher than 300 a week ..my test levels on bloodwork days avg around 400 ...when I was using close to 2 gs a week of aas my strength was good but only for low reps I would squat 405 for 6 and thats with a 2 sec pause sitting ass to ankles turning red like I was going to pop ,,I can bury that for hi reps now and not feel like I was going to tip over ..I also have no bp issues on tren unless I add test ..I eat very little to maintain my size ..I started using phils protocol and eat when my body needs food and within a week my abs started showing my sleep was good and alot of little issues went away..I might have 2000 cals a day for a few days then my body wants more sometimes over 4 but i never stuff or starve! I lose very little size when I come off ,,almost nothing just hardness it suprises me seeing all these kids blowin up and shrinking ..

for the most part I run .25-.3cc of te ed, its 200mg/ml so about 50-60mgs which adjusted for ester weight comes to 37-55mg ed, though quite often I skip 1 day a week.

I have been supprised with how good I feel and relitivley how good I look.

mostly just use slin pins for admin.

my training has been really sporatic and I haven't been in the gym much this year, will be starting my 6th week back tomorrow but imutated pretty fast, shockingly fast actually. I will easily be able to hold 230 and single digit bf on this and some peptides, no other aas. right now around 228 and roughly 11%ish.
 
I stay on low doses especially in the summer months becuz its my busy season for work.... I dont get any bigger or stronger but i maintain what i have... In the winter when i have more time ill stack and up my dose of test... I'll make some gains in strength and muscle mass just to lose it all again come summer but at least i look good for spring :) .... I'm just a gym rat with no goals of competing so it works for me
 
I'm the biggest, leanest, and strongest I have been in my whole life on:

100mg Cyp/100mg Tren Hex twice per week. Total mg. 400mg.

Yes, you need to train every day or almost every day, androgen up-regulate only in the exercised muscles.
 
There's guys that respond to 150mg of test on TRT every 7 days, and they get huge. For example my buddy runs this dose and throws in oral every few months but that's it, and he grows!

amazing what training actually does huh? and still we hear the all drug argument. lol!

i do cardio almost every morning and usually 2 on 1 off for training, that and some anti-ox were the only change i made.

staying active is so important.
 
I have gone as high as 3 grams per week in the past, so there IS life after big doses. It's easy to get caught in the trap of thinking that the dope will do all the work for you when dosing higher. When your doses are low, you work harder. Plain and simple.
 
I do the low dose protocol now for about 6 months. I train 4 days a week with weights and 4 or 5 days cardio. I have to diet really strict now and watch carbs. that part sucks. before i cold eat anything I wanted and was lean.

I am almost the same strength on some lifts but lost considerable strength on flat bench and squats. like a 100 lb drop.

I try and convince myself that I look the same or better than on higher doses but I am lying to myself.

I still look like I lift weights but my friends used to lovingly refer to me as hulk now they say "you look good". no one calls me "big guy" anymore ( 6ft 234lbs was 260lbs)- that makes me sad. my 3xl short sleeve shirts cover my bi and tris fully whereas before they could not.

on the positive I got my heart rate down from 110 to 64 in the last 6 months and I don't get out of breath walking up a flight of stairs. oh and I can actually bust a nut now when I bang my gf and I don't sweat in the shower or while sleeping anymore.

This is pretty much what I would expect doing this. No one will get good results switching to lower doses. They will get healthier though.

I get blasted for being on 4 grms a week when I was 6 months clean,,maybe some of you guys just dont push hard enough..I lose hardness but as the fat drops its gettin better ..no one will get good results ,,lol..thats sounds stupid some of us do..maybe if you squat 315 for sets of 20 ass to the floor you will grow
