Well should it stay in the vial sure no reason to take it out... Now it has to manufactured and the bottles have to b capped and sealed after the powder is measured and put in the vial...

Now from everything you hear yes it's fragile if it was just one vial containing 4-10 i u s yeah sure toss it not much of a lost... As far as is it still
