whats up fellas. I always see posts about people wondering how to prevent or get rid of acne during cycles. well, i was recommended this product called doryx (doxycycline hyclate). Ive done some research and havent found too much on people's results while training on it. Anyone have any experience with this product or any other types of antibiotics for acne? any help would be much appreciated.

Doxycycline has been used for years to treat acne. Some may argue that it has the ability to decrease protein synthesis due to its mechanism of action (inhibits ribosomes). In general this effect is very mild and should not affect your training.

I had issues with acne in the past and one of the Only products that Ever worked was Platinum Labz's Acne Annihilator. It's legal, inexpensive, and the best I've used(espeacially while 'on'). Here's the link: Platinum Labz Home Page

Doryx

I work in Dermatology Marketing. Doryx is a once a day version of doxy. It's also coated to allegedly minimize stomach upset. It might work for you, it never worked for me though. Depends on how severe the acne. Accutane works.

If you have to pay for the medicine keep in mind that a month of Doryx will cost you several hundred dollars. Generic doxy will be less than $10. If it was my money I would go generic doxy first.

yeah i think im goin to give it a go. we'll see how it works. luckily i got a bunch for free otherwise i would be goin with the generic. Ive done a course of accutane before and that stuff is amazing. Im thinking of running that while on in the future. Ive done research and it seems that its not that bad for your lipid levels, kidney, and liver lol, (that stuffs hardcore), if you keep it at a low 10mg per day level. and I rarely take orals. just straight pinnin for me you really got to keep an eye on that accutane. it can mess you up if you're not careful. thanks for the help fellas. and i'll check out platinum labz too
