At first I didnt know which section to shove this topic ... But then I decided that sleep is an integral part of the training program, which any person practicing power sports adheres to ...

How much do you sleep? 6 hours? 8? 10?
 
7 hours I sleep, 2 times a week I go to the pool in the morning by 6 o'clock....
I try to sleep a little longer

5 hours most nights if I do good. Been this way my whole life. Have had sleep studies done that showed no issues....and only did thisbecause I asked my doc specifically for it.

Thing is that I wake up normally after about 5 hours....and I feel well rested and ready to start the day.

If I try to sleep longer, I usually end up feeling like crap the rest of the day.

In that case, you made me think. Because how many I dont sleep, very often I feel terrible.
