Hello all I'm looking for some advise as I’m new to the HGH scene. I've read excellent reviews about mexy's green tops and wanted to get involved but I had a few (amateur) questions to better inform my self based on the research I've done so far. Any advice would be of great help!
My Stats
Age: 27
Height: 6'3 1/2
Weight: 258.5
Body Fat: 13.58% (almost all in abdomen area)
Goal
1. Lose Stomach fat manly
2. At least Maintain Size or get bigger.
Questions
1. Dosage any suggestions for my body composition and goals?
2. When should it be taken? Mornings, pre/post workout, lunch, before bed? (I've read what seems like valid cases for all of them just wanted some opinions)
3. Does it matter taking it on workout or non work out days?
4. What should nutrition be like on it? Increase protein intake? No carbs?
5. What are the MUST USE supplements while on it?
6. How much cardio should be done? Will too much still lead to the loss of muscle mass if I choose to combine it with clenbuterol?
7. What type of workout routine works best for my goals: light weight more reps vs. heavy weight less reps?
