Talked to some who have used it, and it seems great. Got my hands on some and plan to implement it eventually.

Anyone have any experiences? Seems impressive for heart, kidneys, and insulin sensitivity

The only issue with that drug is that you need to eat often or you will suffer from acid reflux.
Second you need to have a perfect hygiene on your dick or you risk to develop a balanitis which is not that pleasant.

For the rest IMHO is a very good drug.

One of the most useful drugs any bodybuilder can use. It should be mandatory for virtually all bodybuilders to take along with ARB's like Telmisartan if they have respect for their health. Very few drugs are more heart and kidney protective than SLGT2's like Empagliflozin. I take 10mg per day.

It's not too expensive. I haven't noticed any sides. It MIGHT raise hematocrit slightly but since we now know this isn't really an issue for men on androgens in the absence of sleep apnea, I wouldn't be concerned.

There are some good youtube videos detailing the benefits.

I fast atleast 3 times a week for 18 hours.
never ever did i have this problem
and i take 37,5mg daily, so a huge dosage.
Also the hygiene on the pipi is overblown.
Shower daily and you are g2g.

There are some reports about balantitis but hey, check the regular guys who are prescribed these drugs:
obese diabetics that barely move and shower once a week (if not even less regular)

regarding hematocrit:
well, it has a diuretic effect, esp if you eat carbohydrates since you excrete glucose via your urine.
Thats usually why hematocrit is increased

I am taking 40mg Telmisartan and 12,5mg Jardiance too.

I have to admit that this year the issues i had 1 year ago are all gone, maybe it was me that i was too sensitive to that drug.
One year ago i developed also lactose intolerance that gave me lots of stomach distress.
