I know that I leaned out a fair amount during the cruise, but I'm trying to get a sense of how much muscle loss there was. Between 8-7 and 8-17, I went from 202-205 to 195.5, then between 8-17 and 8-23, I went to 192.3, and then last saturday I was 188 (very end of cruise) and this morning 192.5 (1 week into blast). Thoughts on this issue are very much welcome as well as any other comments, criticisms.
