Just remember you get what you pay for. Just because you can buy a 50 lb tub of "Protein" doesnt mean its "ALL PROTEIN". Most of these companies word their products very tricky and they dont all contain pure protein. Most of them have very little quality protein and the rest is shit fillers.

Yeah i have used and i every once in a while i have to buy it (When i forget to order my synthePure or TP and i am in a bind). But i notice that i dont bloat from synthePure or TP and i dont have gas from them either. But anything i buy locally i get bloating and gas. Some more than others but they are not as friendly on me as SP or TP. Optimum is a good protein if you are in a bind but it doesnt compare to Synthepure or TP.

What do you guys think of Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey protein? Its relativly cheap, but I think a decent protein, I'm sure its full of fillers though.

Not a bad protein to fall back on. Pretty decent, mixes easy, not a bad taste. I keep a 5lb jug in the house as a fall back powder.

They now have Platinum Hydro Whey. "looks" like an ok product. But the price is way up there. To steep for me!



Trueprotein is a good company also.

TwinLab and Body Fortress have got to be some of the cheapest proteins I've tried. I wouldn't even use them in a bind. I agree......Synthepure is the best.
