Fasting Training on IGF LR3 / DES ??

I like a mix of all 3 forms of AAS derivatives:
Test prop(test derivative)
Masteron(DHT derivative)
Npp(progesterone derivative)

Masteron lowers estrogen better than nolvadex, but not so much as to cause a negative impact.

What do u think about Rip Blend?

100 mg each in a ML (300 mg total/ml) Tren and Masteron don't aromatize (although its possible) to my knowledge.
 
People do overcomplicate things and oats and whey isolate are fine intra training. However I do recommend picking intra powders that you digest faster for a variety of reasons. For protein you want peptopro or eaa's. For carbs you want hbcd's, vitrago, dextrose, honey, coconut sugar etc. The best powder for me are hbcd's but everyone is different. A combo of 2 carbs intra could be great too (25g for each as an example). You don't need them to be dosed that high just enough to make sure they do their job and assist in energy, recovery and growth. I like to use approx 30g eaa's and 50g carbs intra training but amounts can vary depending upon exact goals and supplements used intra training (lr3, slin etc). I just replie din the other thread about high dosed lr3 and even at the doses I recommended 50g carbs should be enough and should only add to your results.
