I'm currently running both; WELL familiar with HGH having used (off/on) for 5+ yrs but brand spanking new to IGF-1 (LR3). I guess everyone is different but I'm FLYING HIGH on it: SUPERB ENERGY LEVELS, increased body temp (w/o sweating / NOTHING unnatural), SUPER-control of hunger / blood sugar levels (to my pleasant surprise). Since I had an HGH deficiency in the past and also whacked out blood sugar / insulin, I may not be the best to go by if you don't have these issues; but in terms of running both together / the timing of things:
I'm pinning 20 mcg IGF-1 LR3 in the AM and 2 IUs HGH in the PM. 1.5 days in to things but feel PHENOMENAL so far. If my doses seem on the "low" side, it's cuz I'm female.
