fat loss

in the morning i eat/take mk677 then take my dog for a walk about 40mins. then come home and go to the gym. would i see any benefit in fat loss if i ate after the walk. then hit the gym. the only thing i was thinking might be a problem is eating a big meal 30 mins or so before i lift. im trying to figure out the best ways to use the peps for fatloss. i got another 12lbs id like to lose.

any ideas/thoughts are welcome. thanx

Personally If I was you - I would do MK or any other peptides first, then walk the dog on an empty stomach, come back THEN eat then got train.

Thats how I just did it this morning.

exactly what i did today, but damn im cranky when i dont have something to eat. on the days i dont lift ill walk the dog and then go home and do cardio. next friday i start no dac and ghrp-2. i havent decided if ima do 3x shots a day or say f... it and go 6x. ima get blood work done on 200mcg cjc no dac and 200mcg ghrp-2.

As many shots as possible for the best effect.

This is my opinion too. Also, add 40mcg clen before your morning walk 2 on, 2 off. I just started this and it completely gets rid of the MK-677 water bloat.

Cardio gets the bloat of well too for me too. I'm Actually lean enough now that I can't really bloat though except a littleon the lower back.clen is great at dragging water out of stomach though for some reason.
