I'm on trt 150 test cyp weekly trt prescribed protocol with no ai. Been on this for three years. Never needed an ai. Highest was 44, but I never felt bad. I have dropped it to 5 before and never felt bad!
I did a blast cycle of 500 test and 125 of Deca weekly for 6 weeks. Got huge on this cycle but had times when I couldn't get off the couch. I have done this cycle for years, and never had this happen. I'm 52 now but the difference is that when I was younger, I never had this fatigue.
I see this concern all over the boards and no one can provide a straight answer. I've even went to Defy to see if they could help. Nope. No one can give a reason for this fatigue.
I can say that I've tried nettle, boron, progesterone, diet modification, and different doses, and nothing seems to work.
When the trt seems to be working I can work out, mow the grass, do homework for my masters degree, sex with the wife, laundry, clean the kitchen after meal prepping, take my daughter to and from swim, and use the rowing machine for 20 minutes all with having the best attitude and best feeling ever!
Most days, however, I struggle with getting one thing done! This sucks. I should add: my diet has been the same for years and I drink a gallon of water daily.
Anyone find the reason for this fatigue?
Thanks for any help
