I gotta say, neglecting him as I have been for the past 12 months (sorry mate, I'll get back in touch one day!), this guy is one of the nicest, most sincere, humble and intelligent blokes we have down here. No ego AT ALL as I'm sure y'all (one of his terms ) would have noticed from his posts. No BS, no dodginess, no agenda, he just bodybuilds and loves to learn about "stuff" that is too hi-tech and complicated for me (a masters isn't it?).

Excellent Ric! For mine, you do so well but I think you can and will achieve much much more so I wait in eagerness for your next appearance!
