Thanks again for the kind words! I actually did kind of slack on legs the first year or so of training but it was only because I wanted to find out if I was capable of making gains .. once I started to gain up top I kicked legs into high gear

I'm at 245 with around 10-11%BF right now and 5' 9 but started out wiry with nothing to work with ..lol
